Gulf Island Panorama it located in The Highlands area of Orcas Island with a panoramic view looking west over East Sound Bay and north to the Gulf Islands of Canada. With a wonderful view-side deck, providing a view from on high, and a place to sit wine-in-hand as the sun sets in the west, life doesn't get much better in the Islands. This gracious three bedroom+/two bath home, built on two levels with a reverse floorplan ticks all of the boxes for luxurious comfort. The large yard is wonderfully landscaped in a very natural, yet beautiful way.

Upstairs we find the living room, dining room, kitchen all in a great room concept. Living room picture windows showcase the beautiful view as well as illuminate the well-furnished interior and several sitting areas. Off to one side of the living room is a comfortable TV room for snuggling in with an evening's show on Dish satellite HDTV. The dining area seats 8 in comfort, also with view. The adjacent kitchen is a true cook's kitchen with large counters and all of the appliances including two drawer dishwasher.

Down the upstairs hall is a guest bath and the Master suite with King size poster bed, luxury mattress, view and original art on the walls. The ensuite tile bath has a walk-in shower and double vanity for guest convenience.

Downstairs are two lovely additional king bedrooms and a shared bath with tile heated floors and a combination tub/shower. There is also a reading room for taking a few moments out of the main areas for catching up on a good book.

Gulf Island Panorama is true comfort and amazing views all within an easy five minute drive from Eastsound Village. This home will book rapidly now that it is available, so don't wait on your reservations.

There are 14 steps up to the front door.

Wonderful house, beautiful views

"We got moved to this property due to an issue at another and were pleasantly surprised with how nice it was. Property is located at a great elevation to take any plenty of views and the neighborhood allowed for peace and quiet with great star gazing. The house itself was very nice with all the amenities you could desire. We had not planned to stay here but will keep this property on a short list should we return for a future visit.

Beautiful View

We spent four nights in this lovely secluded property. It is very quiet and clean. The views of Orcas Island and Vancouver Island in the distance were stunning. There is an large deck with ample patio furniture. We really enjoyed the views all day - the sunsets were spectacular. Inside the house is very spacious with plenty of furniture to relax on. The king size beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is large and well equipped with dishes, utensils and pots and pans. This place easily accommodates three couples plus one additional singe room. The check in and check out process was easy.

Panorama 277 offered a warm retreat from blustery December days hiking on the island! It's location is perfect for enjoying both Moran State Park and Eastsound. Our party of 5 thoroughly enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and spacious living room with great views.

AMAZING all around!

the most amazing house on the island without a doubt! the VIEW, home details, location, hosts, and space were spectacular! not to mention, it was a dog friendly home too! everything about our weekend stay was perfect. it was amazing to wake up and enjoy the breathtaking views the house had to offer. the home was extremely stylish but so cozy and our stay was very very comfortable. 10/10! would come back over and over again!! ?

Beautiful panoramic view!

I stayed here with my family for Thanksgiving. The home is up on a hill with a beautiful panoramic view. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner with the well-stocked kitchen, and relaxed to watch the sunset each night. Highly recommend for a family trip!
