Welcome to Bay View Poolside Getaway, your sunny Manson retreat where lake views, pool days, and easy living come together. This Lake Chelan vacation rental has everything you need to slow down, soak it in, and actually relax — starting with your own private pool (seasonal, typically late May through September, weather permitting) and two spacious outdoor living areas designed for maximum lounging.

Spend your days poolside with a good book, or head up to the upper deck to take in sweeping lake and mountain views, coffee in the morning, sunset wine in the evening, repeat. With plenty of indoor and outdoor space, this home makes it easy for everyone to spread out or gather together, depending on the mood. And yes — your furry family member is welcome too, with prior approval!

Inside, the home has been thoughtfully updated with a modern, open feel and playful pops of color that keep things light and cheerful. The fully remodeled kitchen is well stocked and ready for everything from quick breakfasts to full family dinners. Sip your morning coffee at the breakfast bar, then head out to the sun deck featuring patio seating, large outdoor dining tables, and a gas BBQ — ideal for long, leisurely meals with a view.
Looking for a little friendly competition? The tree-lined lawn at the top of the property offers shade, space for yard games like ladderball or cornhole, or a quiet spot to curl up with your favorite book.

When you’re ready to explore, you’re perfectly positioned. This home is just a couple of blocks from Lake Chelan and within walking distance to downtown Manson, a charming bay-side village filled with local restaurants, shops, and wine tasting. Historic downtown Chelan is just 7.9 miles away, and the greater Lake Chelan Valley is home to over 30 wineries waiting to be discovered.

Sleeping & Layout:
The upper level features a king primary suite with a newly remodeled ¾ ensuite bath, plus two guest bedrooms with queen beds and lake views, and an additional remodeled ¾ bath.
The main living level offers an open living room with a cozy fireplace, large flat-screen TV, and lake views, along with the remodeled kitchen, dining area, and direct access to the patio, sun deck, and pool.

Downstairs, the bonus room is made for fun, with two twin beds, a large TV, and a ping-pong table — plus a newly remodeled full bath with a stackable washer and dryer.

Payment Policy
To confirm your reservation, 25% of the total reservation cost is collected at the time of booking.
The remaining balance will be automatically charged 30 days prior to your arrival using the payment method provided during booking. We will send a friendly reminder a few days before your final payment is processed.

SHHHH!!! Best kept secret!

"This is our 4th year coming back to this house. We just love it. Very comfortable. Lots of livable space inside and outside that makes it feel very spacious. Great view. Grocery store just a 2 min drive away for items forgotten. Walkable to downtown for wine tasting, a jog along the water and orchards, icecream & snow cones, marina…sigh. I miss it already! Our dog even recognizes it as home now ❤️. We usually travel with another family with 2 teenagers + our 3 teenagers and the house accommodates everyone’s needs and we easily entertain/feed everyone without feeling crowded. Will continue to rent here each summer…until they decide to sell it to us ! Best kept secret in Manson!

Great location in Manson

"We really enjoyed our stay! We felt like Manson was quieter and more relaxing. The pool and hot tub were great and we played bocci ball in the upper yard every evening. Fresh blackberries across the street were great too! Definitely recommend!

"Selfishly I don’t want to promote how awesome this place is for fear we won’t have the availability access in the future but this place was absolutely amazing! The kitchen was well stocked with every imaginable gadget. Pool and upper deck were thoroughly enjoyed by all 4 adults and 5 kids. Construction was well thought out with umbrellas, pool volleyball, ping pong table, jacuzzi. Beds were extremely comfortable. We so loved bringing our older dog who happily roamed the fenced property. Killer view of the lake. We walked to Manson each evening and went jogging along the waterfront each morning. Very quiet & relaxing. We’ve already booked for next year . Can’t wait to go back!

Gorgeous house & great location

"We had so much fun staying at this house for a weekend! The location was close to places to eat and a nice little grocery store. The view from the back porch was gorgeous and even though it wasn't very warm out this weekend, we were still able to go in the warm pool and relax in the hot tub!

"We had a great time! The house was clean an had key amenities. Beds weee comfortable, living area great. We had two families with four teen / pre-teen boys. The basement was great! Having two fridges was beneficial. Outside was amazing with Pool, great patios and green space for dog. There were a couple fence gaps so we were sure to stay out with her.

"Great vacation house! The house has been updated and adapted to focus on large groups. Everything is provided for you to immediately relax. Four sleeping areas, three bedrooms, two large screen TVs and a generous outdoor area. The pool is kept at a comfortable temperature with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. A gas and charcoal grills are available for barbecuing. The fully fenced backyard provides a safe place for your dog.

Summer Vacation at the pool!

"We loved this home! Nicely furnished and comfortable beds. We loved having our own private pool! Manson is so charming and is where my mom grew up. We had many great memories staying there. We only had trouble with the stairs as mom has issues walking. There are no rails to hold on to to get in the pool. The dogs loved the house and fenced yard. We can’t wait to go back!!

Home for 2 families-check!

"Our stay went better than expected. The home had everything we needed to keep 6 children happy from x-box, to a yard and deck, to the hot tub and kid haven in the lower level. And kids happy means happy parents. The view was a nice way to wake up and the hot tub a nice way to relax before sleeping in the comfy beds.
