The Sanden House Retreat at Wapato Point Resort is the perfect Lake Chelan vacation rental for a large family, two smaller families traveling together, or a large group of friends coming to golf or wine taste! This custom built, 2-story, five-bedroom home can sleep up to 12 people maximum. An expansive open “great” room with wood floors and high beamed ceilings provides your guests with an amazing space to cook together, play pool, watch a movie on the rotating flat screen TV, or visit at the bar overlooking the living area. The great room opens up to the large view deck, complete with a dining area, Gas BBQ, chaise lounges and additional seating where you can relax and enjoy watching the activity at Wapato Point Resort. A second bonus room on the lower level provides another space for kids to play or watch a movie. When you are ready to enjoy the water, you are just steps from the lake or one of the resort pools.

In addition, to the wonderful features and fun this home provides, guests also have access to all of the amenities and activities offered on the 116 acres at Wapato Point Resort. From sandy beaches to indoor and outdoor pools, boat moorage, watercraft rentals, an activities center, tennis, a fishing pond and more…this vacation property has it ALL!

Great Vacation Home for Families

"Great location near beach, pool, and all Activities on Wapato Point. House has plenty of room for multiple families and a very open kitchen, dining, family room.

Sander house

"This place was perfect for four families. The big table, outdoor area and kitchen were perfect for meals, cards, and just for chatting. The kitchen was well equipped for whatever we were cooking. There were plenty of silverware and dishes and glasses.the location was perfect, close to the beach, rentals, boat docking and miniature golf. Loved this place. There are a few improvements I would make. The master bed was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. The bedding in the bunk room had blood on it and the towel holder downstairs kept coming off. The key lock was hard to open and close. They gave us the wrong code. That’s why I gave it a 4.

"The manager and staff at Windemere Realty were outstanding in helping this last minute reservation happen at a very busy resort. I was/am so thankful. The best vacation ever

"If you want a place for your whole family to get away, this is your place! It is the most peaceful place on earth. Your family will enjoy all of the amenities so if need be they can go their own direction. With the beach a minute walk away or the pool up the hill, everyone is sure to cool off if they need to. With your gourmet kitchen and plenty of room to seat everyone, you will feel like you can cook anything. Each of the bedrooms ensures a great night rest. This is what I call heaven

Great times at the Sanden house

"We've stayed at this lake house a few times over the years and always love coming back. The location is perfect, there's plenty of beds, bathrooms and showers, a spacious deck for outdoor dining or relaxing and the pool table for family tournaments. Everything you need is a short walk away including a popular beach, an indoor or outdoor pool, watercraft rentals, miniature golf course, restaurants and a grocery store. I highly recommend the Sanden lake house for your next family trip.

Amazing location for a large family!

"We had a great family reunion at the Sanden House over Father's Day. My husband, and our four little ones (ages 5 and under), plus my parents, and my brother and his two children (ages 13 and 10). We had plenty of space for our crew to enjoy everything the house and complex had to offer. A perfect location between the lake, the pool, and the activity center, we cannot wait to go back.

Great home for large groups

"Great location 1 minute walk from the beach, 4 minute walk to the pool and all of the other activities on Wapato Point. House has plenty of room for multiple families. Huge kitchen, dining, family room with pool table. Great very large deck overlooking the beach.
