Chelan Escape is a beautifully, newly remodeled and redecorated 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo at the centrally located Park Pointe Resort. This spacious floor plan sleeps up to 6 comfortably. Guests will love the added space off the ground floor patio to relax and take in the views of the spectacular Lake Chelan valley.

Soak up the sun at the Park Pointe pool and spa. (Pool is seasonal, opening May 15th-September, weather dependent.) When you are ready to explore, you are just steps to the trail system that takes you to the lake, Don Morse Park with a public marina and boat launch, the iconic Lakeview Drive-in and historic downtown Chelan for restaurants, shopping and more! Chelan Escape is the perfect Lake Chelan vacation rental to enjoy all the valley has to offer.

Payment Policy
To confirm your reservation, 25% of the total reservation cost is collected at the time of booking.
The remaining balance will be automatically charged 30 days prior to your arrival using the payment method provided during booking. We will send a friendly reminder a few days before your final payment is processed.

Great Rental

"D104 is a great rental condo. It is an end unit with lot of good light and nicely decorated. It can be entered from the parking lot into the patio door with no stairs involved which was nice for us because we had a person on crutches. The kitchen is well stocked with kitchen pots and pans and tools. We enjoyed our stay here and would come back in a heartbeat.

Family Fun at Lake Chelan

"Had an amazing time at Lake Chelan. Had the pleasure to stay at Park Pointe D104. The condo is excellent! Place was clean and had everything we needed. The views to this condo are just beautiful. The condo is spacious and very comfortable. Everything was working perfectly and we just had the best time! My girls enjoyed the pool and my husband cooked the best meat on the grill. The kitchen has everything you need. The bathrooms and bedrooms had plenty of pillows blankets and towels. This condo has just everything you need to have a great time with family and friends. Definitely will stay here again!!

Fantastic Getaway!

"We had a fantastic stay at Park Pointe D104. The unit is freshly remodeled, clean, and comfortable. The ground unit was a perfect size and location for our family of four. The adults could sit on the patio and enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening dinner while our two little boys played in the grass. The pool is a very close walk but far enough away that we didn’t hear the pool activity from our condo. The lake, park, store, and coffee shop were within walking distance, too! All in all, we were very pleased and we will be back again in a month! The only complaint (and its very minor) was there were no kitchen towels, just one tea rag. Other than that, the kitchen was very well stocked!

Location the best. Clean and updated

"We have stayed in the Park Pointe condo complex before so we were very familiar with it. This is the first time in this unit. We really enjoyed our short time in Unit D 104. The location was great. Ground floor end unit on the hill with views. The unit furnishings in the living room and dining room were very updated. I loved that there was no carpet. New hard wood type flooring. Unit was clean and had just about everything you needed in the kitchen. The only thing I would suggest is to have some plastic cups and or plastic plates to use. We had two boys 7 and 9 and felt uncomfortable having them use glassware and plates. The main bathroom had a running toilet issue. We did not mention it to mgt as we just dealt with for the few days we were there. Also, we had to hold down the handle to be sure it flushed as it was slow. The shower in the quest bath was wonderful! The queen bed in the guest room was not comfortable. Probably just needs to be replaced. Sleeping in the middle of the bed helped. Other than those few negatives, we loved it there and will definitely book it again. It was so easy to reserve and rent and we did it less than 30 days from arrival.
