Unit 41

"We enjoyed staying in this unit. The sofa bed was actually comfy, not like a normal pull out bed with the dreaded bar. The kitchen was nicely stocked, the unit was very clean. The only thing I noticed that needed some attention was, the bathroom sink drain & the hallway light did not work. Other then that our stay was great & we would definitely stay in the unit again.

Spendy but quiet

"There were no pool towels nor beach towels. The rule about no guests coming over is a bit frustrating as well. Would have been nice to have a couple come have a drink with us and enjoy the view. Very clean and updated :)

Amazing direct lake view!

"The condo was perfectly located just steps from the white sand beach and within a short walk into town. The brand new pool and hot tub with direct lake views was just perfect. Clean, comfortable, quiet and the kitchen was fully loaded. See you next year!

Chelanman Vacation

"We had a wonderful stay at Spader Bay Condos. The property and grounds were immaculatly kept and the community pool was superiour to all other properties we viewed when searching. It did not disappoint. The unit was right on the water, quiet, and comfortable. It was stocked with everything we needed, and remarkably clean. We would like to return next year because we enjoyed it so much! There were a few minor maintenance items, but nothing that effected our stay: Ceiling lights in the front and side hallways were burned out. The Murphy bed was missing a hydraulic strut on the left side making it probably harder than normal to raise and lower. Also there was a crusty patch of carpet under the dinner table where something was spilled and needs more thoroughly cleaned, and the corner windows and carpet behind the couch needs to vacuumed. Consider adding: It would have been nice to have a small vacuum (handheld battery type) to take care of meal crumbs or sand during the stay. Again, we very much enjoyed our time in the unit and in Chelan. This was our first time visiting and we will be back!

"Let’s just say we had reservations for six days and then added two additional days, that’s how much we enjoyed our stay at Spader Bay #41. The well kept family oriented lakeside checked all the boxes. Lakefront - you can’t get any closer to the water Central Location - easy walking distance to everything the town of Chelan has to offer Property Management - onsite management is focused on ensuring the guests best experience during their stay Unit - updated, quiet, comfortable, well equipped
