Welcome to Lake House at Willow Point your ideal Manson getaway located just across the street from Willow Point Park and the sparkling shores of Lake Chelan. The home accommodates up to 10 guests, comfortably sleeping 8, with additional sleeping options including a hide-a-bed and sleep pads for extra guests., this home offers the perfect mix of comfort, space, and elevated lake living, complete with a stunning upstairs retreat that truly sets it apart.

The main level features two thoughtfully designed bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, attached bathroom with shower, and a flat screen TV for relaxing at the end of the day. The second bedroom is perfect for families or groups, offering a queen bed and twin bunk beds, along with a smart TV. A second full bathroom and in-home washer and dryer make longer stays easy and comfortable.

The main living space is warm and inviting, with a large sectional featuring built-in recliners and a big screen TV, perfect for movie nights after a day on the lake! The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to cook, gather, and enjoy meals together, and both propane and charcoal BBQs are available for outdoor dining.

Upstairs is where the Lake House truly shines. This expansive private retreat features a luxurious master suite with a king bed and adjustable frame, blackout curtains, tinted windows, large closets, and a spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub, double sinks, and its own washer and dryer.

The upstairs living area includes a second full kitchen, dining space, a 90-inch TV, and another oversized sectional with recliners. Massive Fleetwood retractable glass doors open the entire space to a full-length deck overlooking the lake, patio, and private hot tub, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience that’s perfect for entertaining or unwinding.

Step outside to soak in the private hot tub nestled among the rocks, or enjoy the partially fenced backyard with a picnic table and seasonal fruit trees including apple, pear, cherry, and blueberries. Guests are welcome to enjoy the fruit during their stay.

For boating, the home includes a private offshore buoy located approximately 200 feet from shore. This is a swim-in, swim-out setup with no dock. Loading and unloading boats from the beach is strictly prohibited. Guests must use the public dock and marina at Manson Bay for launching, loading, and unloading.

You are welcome to park your boat on the buoy (at your own risk), but please note you will need to swim out to access it. The buoy is only suited for standard ski boats. Larger boats are not permitted.

•    Sleeps up to 10 guests
•    Separate A/C systems for upstairs and downstairs
•    Driveway parking for up to 5 vehicles (please note the driveway is uphill)
•    Rooftop deck is not available for guest use
•    Gas fireplace available for winter stays only

Payment Policy
To confirm your reservation, 25% of the total reservation cost is collected at the time of booking.
The remaining balance will be automatically charged 30 days prior to your arrival using the payment method provided during booking. We will send a friendly reminder a few days before your final payment is processed.
